I started coaching at 20 years old on a sports field. I had no idea what I was doing — just energy, instinct, and a genuine obsession with what makes people perform.
For the next 20 years I coached athletes. Beginners who could barely move and experts competing at the highest levels. 45,000 hours of watching human beings push against their limits.
Then I became an owner. A founder. A CEO. For 15 years I sat in the chair — making the calls, building the teams, carrying the culture. 7,200 hours of understanding what it actually means to lead.
